About This Role

At Apeel Sciences, we look to nature to help the global food system improve quality, reduce waste, and ensure an abundant future for our planet. In this role, you will administer, maintain, and develop the master data within a variety of Apeel’s systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date working with both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will directly enable the success of the Supply Chain team, and improve systems functionality for the entire Operations team.

 What You'll Do

  • Administer and maintain accurate data within the Apeel systems used by the master data team
  • Support the data administration related support tasks of the Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance team and key functional areas of the larger Operations division
  • Work across a variety of systems such with focus on Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Data admin tasks include setting up new suppliers, customers, new part numbers, Engineering Change orders, Manufacturing work order definitions, price lists etc.
  • Maintain Supplier onboarding portal, inventory part number structures and work definitions in the ERP system across many countries 
  • Help admin and follow up tasks related to  ERP ticketing system
  • Assist with the maintenance and review of system user guides to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Support internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines
  • Perform all product inventory functions including inspection, cycle counting, and data entry
  • Review Integrated Management Systems for accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals; escalate challenges with documentation and tracking as needed
  • Review exception reports daily and ensure all correcting entries are posted
  • Assist in other operations and office duties as requested

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of inventory and/or data entry experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Oracle ERP or similar ERP experience in part numbering, data entry, coordinating part number release process, engineering change orders, manufacturing work definitions and updating SOP documentation
  • Prior experience with inventory management systems, preferably Oracle or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective communication of complex concepts
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience with Mac and G Suite (Google) preferred
