Chief of Staff

Energetic Insurance is developing novel risk management solutions to unlock exponential growth in renewable and distributed energy. We are backed by one of the largest insurance companies in the world and our flagship product enables financing of commercial solar projects. We are venture backed and have received grant funding from the US Department of Energy, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and support from multiple incubator programs.
In this role, you will work directly with the CEO to maintain top priorities. This is a chance to get the inside experience of startup operations at a leading FinTech firm.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Maintain clear priorities and propagate throughout the organization including management of OKRs
• Manage internal compliance organization including licensing and corporate filings
• Lead reporting function to the board, investors, and strategic partners including sales traction, financial performance, and ESG metrics
• Help maintain Energetic Insurance as a fun and dynamic place to work including research/selection of office space, company giveaways

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years in professional work experience
• Excellent communications skills in written and verbal format
• Exceptional detail orientation and project management skills
• Ability to learn quickly in the world of financial products and insurance
• Background in energy and/or financial services is a plus but not required
