As an Implementation Services Engineer at Aurora, you will work closely with sales and customer success teams to validate and implement technical solutions that meet our customers’ needs. You will identify how Aurora’s powerful products fit into a client’s workflow and add value by eliminating manual steps, automating processes, and increasing the speed and efficiency of designing and selling solar. You will also work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions on product improvements. A successful candidate in this role will have deep API and SSO knowledge, the ability to validate and implement custom solutions for our clients, and great communication skills across internal and external teams.
