Implementation Services Engineer

As an Implementation Services Engineer at Aurora, you will work closely with sales and customer success teams to validate and implement technical solutions that meet our customers’ needs. You will identify how Aurora’s powerful products fit into a client’s workflow and add value by eliminating manual steps, automating processes, and increasing the speed and efficiency of designing and selling solar. You will also work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions on product improvements. A successful candidate in this role will have deep API and SSO knowledge, the ability to validate and implement custom solutions for our clients, and great communication skills across internal and external teams.

What you'll do:

• Partner with Account Executives and Technical Sales Engineers to collaboratively develop solutions that meet business, sales, design processes, and operation needs
• Define technical requirements necessary to implement software-based, value-added solutions for our clients
• Suggest new approaches to client operations that utilize Aurora Solar in more optimized methods while increasing stickiness
• Compile product feedback from sales teams and client requirements, then partner with product and engineering to achieve product improvements
• Become an Aurora Solar product expert, especially in enterprise API, SSO, and integration capabilities

What we value:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Deep domain experience in API implementation, development, or product management
• Creative thought and the ability to address complex situations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
