Supplier Quality Engineer (w/m/d) - Mandarin language skills required

As the Supplier Quality Engineer (m/w/d) you will:

• Set the goals and objectives for our suppliers and define project milestones in line with our product and business strategy

• Drive all stakeholders to a zero defect vision through a rigorous quality management methodology

• Initiate and facilitate quality improvement activities, methods and problem-solving efforts with our suppliers

• Identify and qualify new suppliers that ensure consistent quality across the lifetime of a product

• Monitor, controll and report production data

• Draft and controll quality check documents and inspection standards

• Support our engineering teams (HW & SW) with change processes: initiation, approval and validation

You’ll be perfect for this role when...

• You are native speaker Mandarin or lived for multiple years in China and have necessary professional language skills

• A relevant degree in any engineering discipline, with a focus on quality assurance and quality management

• Proven track record in quality managenet, assurance and engineering as well as driving a quality departments within chinese OEMs

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, process improvement techniques 

• You are willing to be on premise at our suppliers (Mainland China) for at least 50% of the year or live already close by
