What will I be doing?

Reporting to Kaluza CTO - you will be providing Technology leadership for our colleague technology.  This technology provides the capabilities used by colleagues across Kaluza enabling them to do amazing things for each other and Kaluza’s customers. 

Your role will be varied and will involve:

  • Management of our company wide technology infrastructure for offices and systems, helping our Kaluza teams be more effective. 
  • Ownership of end user compute strategy, IT Service Desk and productivity tools used by colleagues (e.g Slack, Atlassian, GSuite)
  • Tech ownership of solutions that help us support our finances and our people e.g. HR systems.
  • Providing leadership for the Kaluza colleagues technology teams supporting all colleagues across Kaluza.  Responsible for technical decision making, organisation, delivery and budget.
  • Working with stakeholders and internal/external partners to ensure we use technology to delight our colleagues and enable them to deliver on our company decarbonization mission.
  • Helping to define the technology strategy to position Kaluza as a forward-thinking technology organisation.

 

Is this the job for me?

Ideally you will have/be

  • Relevant experience in a very fast paced, scale up business 
  • Experience in team management and people development
  • Run a high performing IT service desk in the past 
  • Experience administering SaaS productivity tooling like Slack, Atlassian and GSuite
  • You’ve helped the productivity of your company in the past by connecting and automating systems
  • Experience selecting vendors and managing contracts
