Responsibilities:

• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Ownership and control of all assets under warehouse.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal network.
• Keeping a careful record of the stock on the warehouse management system, so that it can be located quickly.
• Opening and closing of stores, monitoring housekeeping activities inside and surrounding the stores area.
• Preparation of disinfectant solutions and checklist updates.
• Material Handling (Receipt, storage, dispensing, inventory) in critical area such as solvent and acid area as per MSDS.
• Calibration of weighing balances, dispensing of Raw material and packing material.
• Receipt and distribution of miscellaneous/lab chemicals materials, preparation of goods receipt note (GRN).
