Where in the world of OVO will I be working? 

This role is responsible for many aspects involving the life cycle of an asset and the ongoing maintenance of our Smart Meter estate. Ensuring that exceptional service is delivered in all activities you may undertake in your role. Reporting to the Team Lead this is a unique opportunity to step into a fast-paced role where variety will be sure to keep you on your toes.

 

What will I be doing?

Brief overview of role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently completing both clerical and telephony work streams ensuring all set targets are achieved
  • A keen eye for detail will be vital as you log faults and adhere to service level agreements
  • Putting the customer at the centre of your world will be vital whilst speaking to internal and external customers
  • Working on the front line you will be empowered to recognise opportunities to improve our processes
  • Confident using multiple applications and be able to manage your time well

 

Is this the job for me? 

Ideally you will have:

  • Understanding of the utilities industry
  • Experience at a similar level in a customer orientated organisation with a passion for delivering a positive customer experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident using multiple applications in parallel
  • Demonstrate previously working in a target orientated environment.
