Consult with clients on technical Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and sustainability topics. Collaborate with partners, senior managers, and clients to influence strategy, balance risk and client expectations. Ensure the Engagement team thoroughly understands the clients’ unique needs, ambitions and expectations. Build relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service. Manage performance and identify opportunities to improve EY’s products and processes by providing direction, coaching and feedback to the staff and senior consultants on your projects.Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
