This role involves managing a team of engineers and coordinating build support activities on pilot manufacturing lines in Berkeley, CA, and Weirton, WV. The ideal candidate is a player-coach with demonstrated experience effectively managing direct reports, growing a well-rounded engineering team, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses expertise in designing mechanical assemblies composed of low-cost metal and plastic components, with experience in high-volume manufacturing.
