Th Role:
As the Chief of Staff, your role is fundamental to the smooth running of our strategic vision and priorities. The person in this role will be the key enabler of the decision-making process, a bridge between ideas and action. Your job is to capture the essence of cross-functional needs - from hardware, software, to marketing - and turn them into actionable strategies through coordinating objectives and key results.
You will manage the CEO and senior team's agenda ensuring that their time is spent on what truly moves the needle.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key decisions. Manage the organizational priorities to optimize their focus on strategic initiatives.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a communication conduit between the CEO and other departments. Ensure clear and efficient information flow to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Key Projects: Oversee and drive key projects and initiatives. Ensure projects align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
- Team Oversight: Collaborate with department heads to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure cohesive team efforts.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analyses on various aspects of the business. Provide the CEO with detailed reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Problem Solving: Identify organizational bottlenecks and challenges. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Meeting and Agenda Management: Prepare and manage agendas for senior leadership meetings. Follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
- Administration: Responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the area of people, culture, and organizational processes.

- Proven experience in a strategic role, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

- Track record of innovative thinking and a willingness to explore unconventional approaches to problem-solving
- Previous success launching hardware + software products
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguous and complex requirements and evolving challenges
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Masters degree or higher is preferred.
