With this facility, our ambition is to ramp-up mass production of low carbon lithium ion batteries to facilitate the decarbonization of European mobility.  </span></div><div> </div><br><br><h3>In a Nutshell :</h3><ul><li>The Electrode Industrialization Engineer will be entrusted with the ownership of the electrode design and its integration within product/process teams. This role involves steering the design from its end of pilot line stage ( B Samples) to mass production stage (C &amp; D Samples) ensuring a thorough validation and review of the design’s performance and manufacturability at each stage with the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>The engineer will possess the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the design and manufacturing process during each phase of scale-up. As the Electrode Industrialization Engineer, the engineer will oversee all cell projects within the Gigafactory, ensuring its successful execution and implementation.
