We are looking for a leader of tech who will be in charge of designing and developing the architecture of our platform, as well as leading and coaching a team of developers. You will work closely with the CPO, the UX/UI designer, and the rest of the business to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Architectural Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions, providing technical leadership to both backend and UI development teams.
Technology Stack Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in Azure and .NET development, MySQL, REST-APIs, and a keen understanding of UI/Front-end technologies and design principles.
Business understanding: Collaborate with colleagues to align product architecture with business goals, ensuring cohesive and effective development strategies.
Scalability and Performance: Architect solutions that can scale to meet current and future business needs, emphasizing optimal performance and responsiveness.
Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across the development teams.
Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to both backend and UI development teams, fostering skill development and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications
Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Azure and .NET development, MySQL, REST-APIs, and UI/Front-end technologies.
Architectural Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient technical solutions, with a focus on both system-to-system communication and efficient UI architecture.
