Application Chef

Application Chef will be responsible to provide culinary creativity in the field of plant-based foods, support sales in product presentation, in making strategy before during and after visit/demo/presentation to customers.

Responsibilities

• Focused support for our sales team to drive the revenue
• Conduct product demos to existing and future customers
• Development and Implementation of customer specific food & application training concepts
• Be an internal & external culinary expert when in comes to identification of new customer-relevant food/application trends
• Develop specific product & food concept for different key account segments
• Support sales with driving on product R&D, SOP, Training for existing customers
• Support sales with driving on customer concept development, concept demonstration, product testing, field testing for new customers

Requirements

• Professional training as a certified Chef
• Understanding of customer needs and presenting in a clear, cogent and customer-oriented way
• Significant experience in Project Management & Development of professional kitchen concepts (F&B Mgt, QSR, Retail, Hotel, Catering ect.)
• Good understanding of kitchen workflow & designing processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, R&D to accomplish goals.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills, to both internal and external audience.
