Systems Data Analyst

OVERVIEW
Gathering, interpreting, and communicating complex information regarding numerous commercialization projects.  Day-to-day they will be tasked with maintaining, monitoring, and owning specific databases, communicating, and escalating to their manager as well as cross functionally.  Critical thinking and optimization analysis are key requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Systems Data Analyst will be tasked with maintaining, monitoring, and owning Netsuite, Smartsheet, Excel, and Google Sheets databases and spreadsheets regarding:
• Inventory
• Item Expiry 
• Supplier Compliance
• Work Orders
• Assembly Builds
• Trial Trackers
• MRP
• MPS
• Daily stand-up meetings with the immediate team to go over what was accomplished yesterday, what is being done today, and what obstacles are in your way.
• Daily analysis of all data is necessary to complete weekly reporting to internal team, manager, and cross-functional teams.  
• Attending weekly supply chain or other relevant meetings.  
• Bi-monthly meetings with immediate team to go over areas of improvement or pitch new ideas.  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, supply chain, computer science, mathematics, business management or equivalent work experience in data analysis, supply chain management, production planning, procurement, finance, or a position in Operations or Commercialization of CPGs. 
• Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
• The ability to write reports and presentations
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Strong understanding of programs like Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheets, Netsuite, or other ERP systems
• The ability to quickly interpret and act upon information
