To find out more, please check our website: <a href="https://www.enapter.com/about">About - Enapter</a> <br></p><p>For our Pisa plant, we’re looking for a highly motivated IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) with hands-on mentality to join our IT team.</p><p>If you are as passionate about changing the world as we are then you are in the right place!<br></p><p><strong>What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?</strong><br></p><ul><li>Support and monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure </li><li>Conception and administration of networks (LAN, WLAN)</li><li>Administration of Windows clients and servers </li><li>Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory </li><li>Configuration and administration of backups </li><li>Administration of VMware servers and the SAN </li><li>1st and 2nd level support for employees </li><li>Mobile device management (Intune) </li><li>Documentation of the IT infrastructure </li></ul><p><strong>What do you need to help make our goals a reality?</strong><br></p><ul><li>First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it</li><li>Ideally a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education </li><li>Professional experience in building IT infrastructure, operation, administration, and management (802.3, 802.11) </li><li>Good knowledge of management/maintenance of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 systems </li><li>Professional knowledge of OSI model and troubleshooting skills on any level </li><li>Professional experience in network routing (static and dynamic), network switching, and VPN Operation Administration and Management </li><li>Professional knowledge of high-level protocols (SNMP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS) and IT communication systems (SIP, VC) </li><li>Good understanding of enterprise IT systems, including VMWare servers, SAN, security (antivirus, firewall) </li><li>Proactive and self-organised personality with a profound sense of responsibility </li><li>Excellent communication skills in Italian and English</li></ul><p><strong>What do you need to help make our goals a reality?</strong><br></p><ul><li>You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the future of energy in one of the most dynamic companies in the hydrogen industry</li><li>The vision and the people: That’s what our colleagues say they love the most about Enapter<br></li><li>We love flat hierarchies and being able to collaborate with each other no matter what your role</li><li>We want you to feel that you’re making a real difference, so you’ll have creative freedom and flexibility in how you work<br></li><li>Working on an empty stomach is the worst.
