The successful BDR- will devise appropriate strategies to identify, qualify and ensure contract wins through strategic, tactical, and hands-on ownership of all aspects of new business acquisition, capture management and proposal development. Experience within the financial services sector (banks, insurance, asset management) and/or the public sector desirable.

Your critical responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and grow key client relationships within the UK and Europe
  • Leverage your own professional relationships and market knowledge to shape emerging opportunities
  • Develop capture plans for each identified opportunity
  • Obtain competitive intelligence and data on targeted pursuits and lead competitive assessments
  • Oversee proposals to ensure they align with company goals and maximize our chances of capture
  • Support creation and execution of multi-year business development strategies that include:  Engagement plans for  current and future customers, setting of financial targets for specific customers
  • Advocate resource planning needs to support growth goals vs. ongoing current contract performance.
  • Travel required, as needed in support of business development efforts, including short notice

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years supporting and transacting complex deals in the UK and European markets
  • Proven ability to effectively sell to C-level executives in a new, rapidly evolving market segment
  • Ability to succeed – independently and as part of a team – in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated passion to understand the details of technically complex solutions
