The successful SDR will support our Business Development team to generate a pipeline through the identification and qualification of new sales opportunities with prospects within a set of named assigned accounts and potential clients. Targets will include both public and private sector.

Your critical responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Prospecting (calls and email campaigns) to target prospects and clients and prioritize those with interest in Jupiter's products by setting qualified appointments
  • Leverage professional relationships and market knowledge to shape emerging opportunities
  • Develop capture plans for each identified opportunity
  • Obtain competitive intelligence and data on targeted pursuits and lead competitive assessments
  • Oversee proposals to ensure they align with company goals and maximize our chances of capture
  • Travel required, as needed in support of business development efforts, including short notice
  • Position can be based in the UK or Europe

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of business development or inside sales in the UK and/or European markets
  • Ideally experience selling in Climate Risk and ESG products and good knowledge thereof
  • Strongest candidates will have exposure selling in both public and private sector
  • Proven ability to effectively sell in a new, rapidly evolving market segment
  • Ability to succeed – independently and as part of a team – in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to leverage existing network and relationships to drive sales
  • Demonstrated passion to understand the details of technically complex solutions

  • Knowledge of Climate Risk Data Analytics a plus
