We’re looking for a Government Contracts & Compliance Manager to help us make sure we are building the biggest weather platform in the world.

As a Government Contracts & Compliance Manager on the strategy and space team at Tomorrow.io , You’ll:

• Read and review government proposals, coordinating all operational functions and respective responses that address specific RFP requirements.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of proposal responses prior to submission.
• Analyze contracts and other governmental and international contracts for USG FARs/DFARs and other governing body regulations, managing compliance in fulfillment of each contract.
• Responsible for reviewing standard contract solicitation terms, handling contract award confirmations, reviewing agreement amendments / modification, and incorporating changes.
• Support analysis of current USG contract compliance processes, recommending opportunities for streamlining and enhancement while also developing and implementing solutions to meet requirements.
• Prepare, negotiate, interpret and administer government contracts for the company.
• Provide government contract support throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-proposal development through contract award to closeout.
• Develop and maintain company compliance training and audit schedule as it relates to government contracts.
• Coordinate and manage flow-down and flow-up of prime terms and conditions with supplier management.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience developing, negotiating and executing complex USG contracts and subcontracts under USG primes
• 4+ years of experience working with acquisition policies, e.g., USG FAR/DFARS regulations
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
• Experience in start-ups, tech, SaaS or aerospace/defense
• Passionate about using science for the greater good and desire to make an impact!
