Support des different teams.</li><li>-Assess Purchasing tools and propose more effective ones compliant with Verkor Digital strategy and Procurement mid-long term ambition covering Digitalization (processes …</li><li><b>Process excellence</b></li><li>-Ensure for procurement all necessary processes, procedures, instruction are created, </li><li>-Ensure for Procurement domain participation and contribution to reach Verkor Certification road map : ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001.</li><li>Set up right organization to ensure Procurement presence early in the company project, strong collaboration with PMO's, key business owners</li><li>-Lead process improvement approach , collaborative mode with team members</li><li> Move to Procurement Excellence System (move on internal audit and benchmark) to develop maturity with management team, define with Managers the key training , key development path for the team members</li><li><b>Strategic Initiatives and Road map for Procurement</b></li><li>Lead and support Initiatives road map already designed, ensure procurement  team member contribution.
