ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Financial Analyst Intern supports our Head of Projects and Solar Development to evaluate, model, and package potential projects listed on the Raise Green Marketplace. Your primary responsibility is to assist with project management, and use excel to model cash flows and create powerpoint summaries of projects. You will also support other projects across Raise Green as needed, including market & policy research, sales research, and RFI/RFP submissions. Our Financial Analyst Intern has a passion for social justice, sustainable finance, and the environment, as well as a dedication to tidy data and compelling visualization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using Excel to audit, execute, and build clean energy project finance models
• Complete Helioscope models for rooftop and ground-mount photovoltaic systems
• Renewable energy project development research and report assembly

• Assist Head of Projects and Solar Development with utility bill analysis and intake sheets
• Maintain an organized and up to date development pipeline

• Support the Originator Team on modeling, project management, project finance and various other related tasks and projects that may arise as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• A full-time commitment is required, up to 40 hrs/ week.
• A 6-month commitment is highly preferable 
• Begins Oct 18, 2021
