ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Computer Science Intern supports our Chief Technology Officer to make it easier to create a local climate project than become an uber driver. Your primary responsibility is to do front and back-end development. Our Computer Science Intern has a passion for social justice, sustainable finance, and the environment, as well as software development. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting various automation, analytics, and software development tasks related to the Originator Engine, LateX, node.js, JavaScript, Java.
  • Document software to expand use cases, readmes, and quickstart guides
  • Identify and implement software tests to identify operational efficiency and improve code coverage
  • Other tasks as needed such as research and quantitative analysis on renewable energy, economic development, community health, and ESG frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A full-time commitment is required, up to 40 hrs/ week.
  • A 6-month commitment is highly preferable 
  • Begins Oct 18
