This position is geared more for young professionals and recent graduates as it is very similar to an MBA worth of education and experience while launching your career in renewable energy at the same time. It is also set up for leaders who are looking to make a change in their careers and industry of choice.
Within 2+ years our Management Trainee candidates undergo an adventurous, extensive, real-world training curriculum which will equip them with the tools and abilities to confidently lead their own multi-million dollar Greentech Renewables location.
You'll be acquiring knowledge in solar electricity fundamentals, warehouse protocols and operations, customer service, sales, inventory, purchasing, outside sales & development, and operations experience.
Throughout your training you will be traveling to other locations to attend seminars which will provide pertinent knowledge on our industry's best practices, technology, financial, and legal components.
This is not your ordinary trainee program where you're shadowing someone, then learning bits and pieces of the business over time. In the fast paced world of solar distribution, you'll be given daily tasks and responsibilities that add major value to our company and our clients. You will be a valued and high contributing member of the team while receiving high level mentorship from leadership every step of the way starting day one.
This is a four part rotational program where you learn every facet of our business and our industry.
Phase I: Solar Foundations, Warehouse Operations, & Logistical Operations Training
Phase II: Project Management, Customer Relations, and Account Management
Phase III: Business Operations Training & Purchasing
Phase IV: Business Development & Outside Sales
