DOE Boost is a partnership between Sandia National Laboratories and FedTech that brings national labs, startups, academia, and entrepreneurs together to find solutions to big community-based energy challenges.
DOE Boost is seeking entrepreneurs from across industries to join us in revolutionizing the innovation ecosystems across the United States. This energytech-focused startup studio will bring you into the world of Deep Tech through matching teams of entrepreneurs with exciting DOE Lab technologies.&nbsp;
Entrepreneurs, or those interested in becoming an entrepreneur, from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply by Friday, June 14, 2024.
Accepted entrepreneurs will formed into teams of 3 (or apply as a team!) and be matched with an exciting technology from federal labs.&nbsp;
Participants will learn from innovators across industries to develop entrepreneurial skills, ranging from technical know-how to customer discovery.&nbsp;
Successful participants will finish the program with a fully-realized energytech startup in your hands, without having to quit your fulltime job.&nbsp;
No cost to participate, no equity taken. Designed for individuals who work full-time.&nbsp;
DOE Boost Platform is funded by DOE&rsquo;s Technology Commercialization Fund administered by Office of Technology Transitions.

FedTech is a leading deep tech innovation services provider. We leverage our close relationships with government agencies, national labs, research institutions and universities to provide access to breakthrough technologies, getting them out of the lab and into market. Through our startup studios, accelerators, internal innovation and corporate venture programs, we empower entrepreneurs to solve the world's most pressing problems.Aspiring or seasoned entrepreneurs can apply to any of our startup studios, where they will be paired with a technology developed in a federal or university lab. Over the course of the program, teams will explore strategies for commercialization, focusing on validating their business models through customer discovery. If the team finds product-market fit, we help launch their venture, providing hands-on support, resources, and mentorship, without taking any equity.
