You&rsquo;ll be responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities with our CEO. Over time, you&rsquo;ll grow with this team and will quickly end up owning sales conversations end-to-end as well as be involved with broader strategy discussions.</p> <p>If you're excited about building impactful tech from the ground up and being a part of a team that's making a real difference, this role is for you.</p> <h1>About Us</h1> <p>Visia is the recycled materials industry&rsquo;s first AI-powered material visibility platform. Our vision is to build the data layer that will power the circular economy of not only today, but tomorrow.&nbsp;</p> <p>By using a unique combination of X-ray and camera hardware, we help processors of recycled and secondary material gain real-time visibility into their material composition, driving improvements across safety (hazard detection), compliance (automating existing manual processes), and more.</p> <p>Our end goal is to bring connectivity and transparency to every stage of the recycling economy, in an effort to power a more circular tomorrow.</p> <h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach</li> <li>Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns</li> <li>Research companies and add prospects to our outbound list</li> <li>Nurture existing prospects that might see high value in our platform, but might not be ready to move ahead</li> <li>Design growth and lead-gen experiments as we work to understand the best approaches to drive conversations to the top of our funnel</li> <li>Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to BinIt's overall product roadmap, helping to shape the future of recycling and green tech</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Qualifications</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence</li> <li>A desire to develop deep domain expertise (we&rsquo;ll help you!) about an industry that you might not be familiar with, and dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis</li> <li>Sense of entrepreneurship &mdash; a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes</li> <li>Experience with at least one of the following is a major plus: <ul> <li>Customer-facing and/or sales roles (especially with hardware/software combo products)</li> <li>Experience at a high-growth startup</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h1>Benefits</h1> <ul> <li>Salary: $100,000-$145,000 OTE (65/35 split)</li> <li>Health, Vision, Dental + 401(k)</li> <li>Flexible + Unlimited PTO</li> <li>Remote + Asynchronous</li> </ul> <p><!-- notionvc: b193b44a-82a7-4d3c-9c00-33b285ea6c8a --></p> <p><!-- notionvc: e27a7fbb-d0eb-4df2-a216-9906152d0da0 --></p>
