An ideal addition to our team is a self-starter, always willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done. We prefer candidates with a good eye for detail, commitment to a high quality of output, and a team-centric mindset. </div><div><br></div><div>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations with a primary focus on recruitment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. </div><div><br></div><div>This role will report to the<b> Senior Manager - Talent &amp; Operations</b> and be responsible for: </div><br><br><br><div><b>Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (50%): </b></div><div>• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. </div><div>• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. </div><div>• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities. </div><div>• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. </div><div>• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. </div><div>• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruiting initiatives. Develop and implement a robust onboarding program for new hires</div><div><br></div><div><b>HR Operations and Compliance (30%): </b></div><div>• Prepare and distribute HR-related reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning. </div><div>• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed to reflect changes in regulations or company practices. </div><div>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and update ICC’s HRMS. </div><div>• Ensure compliance with all labour laws, shops and establishment acts and statutory laws and regulations applicable to the company. </div><div>• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. </div><div>• Handle employee grievances and complaints in a fair and confidential manner, following company policies and legal requirements. </div><div><br></div><div><b>HR Administration (20%): </b></div><div>• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, feedback, goal alignment, and career development opportunities. </div><div>• Support the team in crafting a comprehensive learning and development module for the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement among the workforce. </div><div>• Facilitate initiatives to boost employee engagement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated to contribute their best. </div><div>• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. </div><div>• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Requirements   </b></div><div>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. </div><div>• Candidates with experience in not for profit and development consulting organizations are preferred. </div><div>• Minimum 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. </div><div>• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. </div><div>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust at all levels of the organization. </div><div>• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </div><div>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications. </div><div><br></div><div>Timeline Prospective candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, and will be interviewed on a rolling basis.
