We have an enjoyable, dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul> What you’ll doReporting to the Construction Manager, Australia, your responsibilities include: Field / Mobilised / Project Operations<ul><li>Lead and supervise RPAS Construction Stringing Teams to complete on site works, including:<ul><li>Planning, delivering and regular reporting on project activities</li><li>WHSE compliance</li><li>Risk and safety management</li><li>Mentoring and guidance of team members</li><li>Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of flying activities in accordance with CASA regulations, Infravision policies, manuals and procedures.</li></ul></li><li>Communicate effectively to manage onsite client facing duties, including works planning and reporting, site documentation and relationship management.</li><li>Communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders on project status and developments</li><li>Ensure lessons learnt are communicated to the Infravision management team to guarantee the continuous improvement of Infravision products and processes.</li><li>Assist other Infravision business departments in reaching their goals such as international operational teams.</li></ul> Office Based Operations<ul><li>Develop, review, amend and audit Infravision operational documentation </li><li>Conduct training, proficiency and currency activities to develop or maintain required competencies </li><li>Plan and prepare for upcoming projects, including task allocation, equipment preparation and construction workshops</li><li>Represent Infravision at client, industry or delegated engagements as required</li><li>Facilitate Operations team employee performance management and skills development frameworks</li></ul> Research and Development<ul><li>Conduct home or field based operations in support of key developments of Infravision products and processes</li><li>Provide SME advice to the R&amp;D team</li><li>Continuously improve Infravision systems and processes</li><li>Coordinate with the Aviation Department to research, investigate and develop aviation centric products or processes</li><li>Coordinate with the Engineering/Technology Department to research, investigate and develop engineer centric products or processes</li></ul> What we are looking forRequired Qualifications, Experience and Values<ul><li>Demonstrated minimum of 5 years’ construction Site Supervisor.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in leading construction teams of greater than ten people.</li><li>Strong experience in construction work, preferably in the transmission / distribution sector. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and explain construction methods and plans. </li><li>Competent application of computer software such as MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Project and equivalent G-Suite</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge in the application of WHS and environmental legislation relative to transmission industry construction activities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in a diverse team environment.</li><li>Willingness to assist in and promote the implementation of innovative solutions and organisational change.</li><li>WHS Construction White Card</li><li>High Risk Work Licence classes DG and RB (dogging and basic rigging).</li><li>Current First Aid Certificate and CPR qualifications.</li></ul> Highly Desirable Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Possession of appropriate AQF qualification at Certificate 3 level or higher (ESI - Transmission, Project Management etc.)</li><li>Certificate IV in WHS and/or Training and Assessing.</li><li>High Risk Work Licences such as Crane (CV, C6, C0 etc.), Forklift (LF), Elevated Work Platform (WP).</li><li>Other recognised qualifications, such as;
