Be part of our dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact – we design solutions for the world’s most pressing matters to ensure a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Be an integral part of our team running integrated Due Diligence for both buy- and sell-side, managing multiple workstreams and/ or running your own workstream(s)</li><li>Combining insights from Technical, Regulatory and Commercial experts and presenting them to senior management, covering strategic alternatives, benchmarking, and financial performance.</li><li>Performing financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Conducting market and competitor analysis, engaging in management consulting activities such as market assessments, feasibility studies, and operational evaluations.</li><li>Developing business cases to assess feasibility and potential benefits.</li><li>Supporting business development and sales activities, including project proposals, client presentations, and reports.</li></ul><p><strong>For this role, we require the following: </strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record (top 15% of class).</li><li>2-4 years of relevant experience in M&amp;A, banking, consulting, or strategy roles.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a logical and systematic approach.</li><li>An ambitious mindset, striving for excellence and making an impact in sustainable transformation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including proficiency in presentations.</li><li>Strong organisational, time management, and research skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Passion for sustainability and excitement about making an impact in re-shaping industry and driving the green transition.</li></ul><p><strong>Welcome to our Management Consulting division</strong></p><p>Ramboll Management Consulting is one of the largest management consultancies in the Nordics with a unique ability in providing integrated Due Diligence support.
