We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Charging Solutions to lead our operations in France. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth in the region. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of our smart charging solutions.  

As the ideal candidate, you have a deep understanding of the smart charging market and energy management solutions, as well as experience in sales and business development. You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving results. 

Responsibilities 

  • You are responsible for the setup, management and growth of our branch in France 
  • You're responsible for implementing our (sales) strategy in France 
  • You negotiate and close agreements with large customers 
  • You monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements 
  • You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts 
  • You stay up to date with new product launches and ensure team members are on board 
  • You achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the French sales, marketing and customer service team 
  • You report to the Chief Sales Officer 

Requirements

  • You have min. 5 years of experience in managing a high-performance sales team, preferably in the energy management industry or likewise 
  • You have strong communication and team management skills 
  • You have analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude 
  • You are based in France and you are willing to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time) 
  • You can express yourself well in English 
  • You feel good in a flexible environment where you get the opportunity to work independently 
  • You have a 'green hart' and you believe in renewable energy
