Bird is a last-mile electric vehicle sharing company dedicated to bringing safe, low-cost, environmentally-friendly transportation solutions to communities across the world. We provide a fleet of electric, shared scooters that can be accessed via smartphone. Bird is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and is rapidly expanding across the country and the world.

Responsibilities

• Primarily to assist with analysis on how our users (riders, operators, etc) interact with and use our core business products (i.e., apps, vehicles). This includes reporting on the health of our business products such as adoption and usage and using data to recommend strategies to make improvements.
• In addition, this role will work on hundreds of experiments throughout the year analyzing user funnels and journeys, creating user cohorts and generally assisting our product and engineering teams to make better decisions.

Requirements

• Must have SQL experience 

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with conversion funnels and key business concepts like conversion rate %, average order value (AOV), CaC, etc.

• In additional familiarity with A/B testing principles including statistical significance, marginal lift, sampling bias, etc.
