Quality Lead (f/m/d)

Your mission

At Planet A Foods, we are revolutionizing the food industry to protect the planet we love. by perfecting centuries-old fermentation technology, we offer healthier alternatives and can save up to 500 Mt of CO2 per year!

We created the world’s first 100% cocoa-free chocolate called ChoViva. Our ChoViva tastes amazing with a solid snap and smooth melt as well as roasty notes and a subtle sweetness. It is completely natural, gluten-free, vegan and made with only seven ingredients! Choviva allows for a breathtakingly low carbon & water footprint. This contributes towards the mitigation of both deforestation & exploitation of child labour.

Your Tasks:

• Supervision of all company related quality interfaces (Customer, CoMan, PAF productions)
• Setup a quality system to ensure IFS Foods, Quality Assurance, Customer & CoMan satisfaction
• Interlink between Operations, Sales, CapEx and R&D
• Build & Manage quality department with a small team of 5 people 
• Management of audits (IFS 8, Kosher, Halal, RSPO, Vegan, Customer, CoMans, Supplier)

Your profile

• You have several years of experience as a Quality Manager and handling of IFS Foods
• You possess a strong leadership skill set and have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team
• You have knowledge and technical understanding of food manufacturing, preferably in chocolate
• You are able to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
• You have a proven track record in strategic quality leadership, delivering effective quality strategies, policies, processes, and systems
