Do the Best Work of Your LifeNCX’s business development team is looking for a results oriented and motivated individual to join our fast growing team. You will work directly with the Head of Business Development and other sales team members by researching data to craft target account lists, researching industry trends and stakeholders, drafting sales and marketing collateral, and supporting sales operations and processes. You are a team player who is ready and eager to learn all aspects of the NCX product and market landscape as well as partner with the marketing team on lead generation activities. You are willing to roll-up your sleeves, iterate quickly, and help shape the systems, processes and culture of our team.

What You'll Do

  • Research and generate target account leads lists
  • Research and write sales discovery briefs
  • Research industry trends, business needs, and opportunities
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to manage HubSpot data
  • HubSpot data analysis and collection on sales metrics
  • Draft demand RFPs and proposals
  • Manage updates and iterations to sales operations and sales playbooks

Sound Like You?

  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, climate or a related field
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Extremely well-organized, familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual with a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work in and continually grow in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to research information and synthesize into digestible insights
  • Passionate about tackling climate change or environmental conservation
  • Hubspot experience a plus
