Location: Ríos Rosas 36, Madrid (Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Specialist to join our team in Madrid to support in HR operations in our Shared Service Center, aswell as support central HR projects. As the HR Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes and providing exceptional service to our employees. Otovo will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a dynamic, young and international environment. You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in different HR areas with a special focus on recruitment, transactional HR and payroll controlling.


☀️ Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate transactional HR activities and processes for our Shared Service Center in Madrid: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.
  • Payroll Controlling across our 13 markets: Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll data. 
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Support our HR Team in Madrid in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating training activities.
  • Assist our HR Team in Madrid with offboarding processes.
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to support HR projects and initiatives across the organization as needed.

☀️ Who you are:

At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Specialist or similar roles.

  • You are experienced in using an HRIS and Recruiting Software
  • You have an attention to details to ensure data quality and accurancy
  • You have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and consistently meet deadlines
  • You have the ability to handle confidential information with maximum discretion (e.g salary)
  • You speak and write in English fluently
