In this role you will work with our legal team and a bunch of other stakeholders within the business on all kinds of legal topics. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size:16px;">We are a mission driven company with highly diverse teams, inspiring colleagues, all working towards the same goal. Become part of a young, innovative and growing company in the field of e-mobility! </span></p><h3><strong>Your overall responsibility include:</strong></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:16px;">You will assist in a wide range of corporate legal activities. Think of corporate housekeeping tasks (drafting intercompany documentation) but also helping with all kinds of financing documentation such as loan documentation and prospectuses. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">You will assist in drafting a wide range of commercial and lease contracts for the Dutch market. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">You will provide support for tenders in the Netherlands by assessing documentation and supplying legal document </span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">You will help us with further improvement of the compliance programme within Fastned</span></li></ul><h3><strong>Who are we looking for</strong><br></h3><p><span style="font-size:16px;">We are looking for a curious, flexible, independent and solution oriented person to support our legal team.
