The Role:

The Executive Director for Financial Markets is a strategic role within the Advisory team, tasked with expanding our services across the financial sector. This position demands a proactive approach to business development and strategic relationship management. You will work closely with leaders from Australia's largest and most influential banking and finance organisations to drive innovative problem-solving leading to a real-world climate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Origination: Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies to solidify and expand Pollination’s presence in the financial markets sector.
• Project Leadership: Direct project teams to deliver on client mandates effectively, ensuring excellence and strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentorship and Team Development: Actively engage in the professional development of junior consultants. Coach and cross-train team members to enhance their flexibility across different market sectors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
• Strategic Influence: Use your market insight and expertise to influence strategies and contribute to broader organisational goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• 10+ years of career experience ideally with deep experience in a world-class consulting organisation, with exposure to climate and sustainability initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience operating within the financial markets sector with a proven track record in business development and strategic market growth.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams within a dynamic environment.
• Strong networking skills with the capacity to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
