We are looking for a talented Strategy Manager (reporting to our Chief of Staff) to join us to help deliver efficient practice and strategies that maximise employee performance to support corporate development.  You will be accountable for ensuring that the business is equipped with the right tools and frameworks to achieve high performance. You will ensure that Ohme continues to develop and embed and High-Performance Culture globally, as part of our Corporate Development & Strategy function.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with the Chief of Staff and CEO to deliver company-wide Corporate Development initiatives and projects (internationally and domestically)
• Work with the business and external sources to identify strategic opportunities for further development.
• Contribute to structurally building capabilities in the Corporate Dev and Strategy team as well as the wider business.
• Working on projects that deliver a mindset of continuous optimization
• Identify and proactively solve problems (strategic, technical, and operational)

What you’ll need

• Experience designing and implementing people-focused projects and frameworks
• At least 2 years of project management experience running a team on strategy analysis focused projects
• Systems thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills & collaborative team player with relationship management skills
• Ability to maintain the high levels of confidentiality in all aspects of work and be trust
• Substantial experience of data analysis including financial, budgeting and statistical data, with a good knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies
• Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Engineering
