The Role

Zoomo’s B2C business in the UK is going to the next level. We are growing rapidly with the aim to 2.5x the segment until the end of the year. That’s why, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical and pragmatic Operations Analyst to add some extra firepower to our small B2C team. In this role you will provide analytical and implementation support on some of our most exciting projects and challenges we are working on (e.g. Growth, City Launches, Pricing, E2E Customer Experience), and will have the opportunity to drive smaller projects independently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing new processes and policies across the B2C business
  • Collecting and analyzing data to drive good decision making
  • Project managing growth & improvement projects
  • Supporting our B2C team in building out mid-term and long-term B2C strategies across the UK and Europe
  • Designing and evaluating the right metrics to measure success

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA Degree (preferably in the wider fields of Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics)
  • Experience in working with imperfect data in a fast-paced environment
  • Pragmatic implementation and problem-solving skills
  • Ambitious, efficient and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels
