Job Description

Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to create an abundant and decarbonized material future and our outstanding people are our most important asset.  Backed by some of the best investors in the world, our goal is to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels.  As Project Manager, Engineering you will coordinate projects for a world-leading team of technologists building a world-changing product around the best electrolysis cell ever made. The position will report to the Chief Technology Officer and be based out of our Lab in Natick, MA.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide project management support for a portfolio including several large programs in cooperation with external partners
  • Manage production deadlines and templates and keep teams on time
  • Coordinate and assist with running team meetings
  • Ensure tracking of team goals and deliverables on shared drives
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, meeting planning and customer service departments

PRIOR EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES

  • 3-5 years as a project manager in a technology company
  • Outstanding organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills
  • Background in writing technical documents
  • Proficiency with online research, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
  • Extensive track record working with executives, scientists, and engineers
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, chemistry, or materials sciences   
  • Passion for decarbonization a big plus
