Diamond Foundry seeks a dynamic Office Services Manager to support our Bay Area locations. This role is the ambassador of workplace culture, fostering a positive and productive environment. As the Office Manager, you will handle a variety of responsibilities to support our SSF and Fremont locations, providing a positive experience for guests, vendors, and valued team members. This role will also provide executive support, from managing key events to being the liaison for guests and high-profile visitors, and help with key initiatives to build a cohesive connection between the locations, promoting a sense of community and belonging.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the ambassador for employee experience by owning onboarding and offboarding activities and gaining feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Own office operations and procedures as the primary point person for all office matters, including semi-monthly catering, triage requests, and support.
  • Provide C-suite support, from arranging travel to special or critical projects from time to time.
  • Spearhead employee and workplace-related initiatives and events.
  • Partnering with HR and department heads, you will champion employee needs/concerns, fostering trust and a sense of community. 

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of office management/executive assistant experience in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management with the ability to multitask, pivot, and reprioritize effectively.
  • A high level of self-awareness, strong customer service, and management skills with the ability to build strong connections.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting C-Suite and coordinating community events and programs.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:
-Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist,  climb, balance, stoop, squat,  kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions. 
-Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs
-Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls
-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
