Position Mission: Generate Capital is hiring a Manager, Total Rewards & People Analytics to support the People & Culture Team in driving thoughtful structuring and analysis around our compensation, benefits, equity incentives as well as our broader people data. The mission of this role is to support our people and total rewards practices by designing and driving creative solutions allowing us to leverage our rich people data, ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are competitive with the market, aligned with talent, and maintaining simplicity through it all.
