Product Manager (Food) (f/m/x)

We are looking for an innovative and cheese-passionate Product Manager(f/m/x) with experience in the FMCG industry and an interest in changing the world of food as we know it. In this role, you will support the existing Product Management Team, thus allowing us to steer the whole process from the market analysis, innovation creation, and product portfolio management, to the processes at the production facilities and the introduction of the product into the market.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and be responsible for our product's long-term vision
• Conduct market analysis and manage the product portfolio
• Impact the development of our products by being at the core between product development and consumers
• Influence and drive the product development process from ideation to market
• Connect with production facilities, organize product tastings, and monitor the success of established products
• Build and implement new roadmaps for our portfolio products to ensure a successful market launch

• Proven experience as a PM in the FMCG industry or a related field (preferably food)
• Relevant experience working with a product from ideation to market and have a solution-oriented attitude
• Passion about our technology and sustainable products
• You challenge the status quo and are willing to go the extra mile to make our product the best in the market
• Hands-on mentality along with a structured approach
• Natural inclination to connect with people and find innovative solutions
  
• Willingness to travel (15-20% of working time)
• Fluent in German and English (both are must-haves)
