The RoleAs the Revenue Operations Specialist who will support the order to cash function of a high-velocity startup. You will work in a dynamic environment where you are empowered to constantly improve processes to scale with Company’s growth. This role will be highly collaborative with business partners across Omnidian’s finance, sales, product, and operations teams.
What You’ll do·        Invoice customers in accordance with each contract, including partnering with accounting during month-end close·        Complete vendor/supplier paperwork and answer ad-hoc questions as requested by Omnidian’s sales team and our customers·        Perform final review of our sales contract details to ensure a successful handoff to finance, driving efficient and accurate billing and revenue recognition ·        Support the customer lifecycle from pre-sale through billings collections in the “order to cash” process within our CRM and ERP systems·        Collaborate with internal partners and our customers to collect payments and manage non-compliance issues·        Look ahead across your workload to propose changes for process improvements and gaining efficiencies Who You Are·        ARTful: accountable, respectful, and transparent·        Proactive and results driven with a high attention to detail·        Bias for action based on an analytical approach·        Strong ability to coalesce meaningful action among multiple stakeholders with competing priorities·        2+ years of direct experience in revenue operations, financial operations, contract management, and/or accounting We strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and background will lead to a better environment for our employees and a better product for our customers.
