βœ… Job Overview:

The Sales & Customer Success Representative will be responsible for selling and account management functions of the Burlington operations. This role requires sales skills, strategic thinking, time management, strong organizational and communication skills.

 

βš’οΈ Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and close inbound leads (calls, emails). This includes responding in a timely fashion, representing the company, coordinating fulfillment with operations, and closing the sale.
  • Develop and maintain a productive outbound sales effort.  Build a target list, execute on an outbound outreach campaign (calls, emails, site visits), and close outbound sales.  
  • Answer and resolve inbound customer requests for additional services, and/or questions on billing and scheduling.
  • Regularly check in with existing clients to ensure a healthy relationship.
  • Work in Google Suite, Hubspot, CallRail, and Service Core.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the operations team.  
  • Engage in forecasting activities with manager to predict future sales.  
  • Develop and implement new processes or procedures to enhance efficiency of the sales process.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as reviewing commission calculations, assist with accounts payable, maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide feedback to the marketing team.
  • Candidate must be willing to help out in other areas of the business when needed such as working in the field, supporting at the yard, helping at an event, etc.

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer and software skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can handle unexpected problems effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude.
