The Shipper API Integrations team at Convoy enables our Shipper customers to seamlessly access Convoy’s Digital Freight Network within their Transportation Management Systems (TMS). We build and scale API integrations with TMS Partners and drive API adoption with Shipper customers. Come join this rapidly growing team at Convoy and help build the future of Freight!

You will:

• Drive customer adoption of APIs - Work closely with Convoy’s Shipper team to accelerate API integrations with existing and new Shipper customers. 
• Understand shipper needs - Deep dive with Shippers to understand API integration requirements, identify blockers and address technical / process issues as needed
• Optimize funnel metrics - Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, drive issues to resolution 
• Grow strategic Partnerships - Engage with Convoy’s TMS Partners to build new Shipper integrations, drive Shipper adoption of new products and programs, onboard new TMS Partners and manage day-to-day partner engagement.
• Manage API Integrations program - Identify short and long-term program improvement opportunities, drive strategy and implementation

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience at a leading TMS software provider, supply chain software system integrator, supply chain consulting firm or technology company
• Customer success management, customer onboarding or technical program/project management experience preferred.
• The ability to solve technical/process problems for Shippers, and think strategically about how to drive customer adoption and scale the program
• Ability to identify and implement repeatable motions and a common framework for API integrations to allow scaling of the program with limited resources.
• The ability to influence without authority. You drive effective teamwork, collaboration and commitment across multiple internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities. 
• Ability to analyze performance dashboards, identify bottlenecks and improvement areas and develop initiatives to resolve bottlenecks. Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Strong business judgement and can assess costs, benefits, and risks to programs. You can identify and respond to risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively.
• An entrepreneurial mindset - you will not have unlimited resources, you will need to be scrappy and creative to drive results.

Nice to have:

• Technical experience using, configuring or implementing TMS/supply chain software
• Experience with deploying APIs with external Partners and customers
• Background in supply chain software and/or API integrations preferred.
