Position: Compensation Analyst, Remote-first

We are seeking a compensation specialist to join our Talent & People Operations team at Pivot Bio. In this role, you will help ensure data-driven, competitive and values-aligned rewards practices as we grow and expand across the US.
Responsibilities

  • Perform job leveling/evaluation for roles across the organization to ensure pay practices that are externally competitive
  • Ensure reliable, accurate and updated compensation data with regular participation in multiple survey resources
  • Partner with Talent Development & Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and People Operations to advise on and implement consistent and inspiring rewards practices
  • Assist with building, implementing, and maintaining effective and efficient HR business processes
  • Support HR projects around implementing new technology or improving HR processes by participating in requirements gathering, process design, testing and launch activities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, with CCP or other related designation preferred
  • Life Sciences or Technology experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively across internal teams, communicating clearly and comprehensively to meet project deadlines
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high, and potentially shifting, priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Practice a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality
