Location: Remote  Duration: Part time, temporary role. 8 weeks, up to 15 hours a week, (estimated) November  1, 2021 start date  Salary: $17.50 Requirements: Must be enrolled in the TACT Program  
Program ObjectivesOmnidian is proud to partner with TACT to offer an 8-week paid internship.  ● Provide a meaningful, career related work experience  ● Expose interns to various parts of the business for a more broad understanding of how  the company operates ● Provide a unique interviewing process that allows candidates to demonstrate their  strengths and qualifications while helping them to improve their interviewing skills.  ● Provide a well-defined framework and supportive environment to help equip interns  with the information, resources and skills needed for a successful experience at  Omnidian ● Omnidian will provide you and your job coach with a laptop and headset to use during  the duration of the internship.
Job Summary    With support from Omnidian’s Service Network Manager, you will deliver a fantastic client  experience while learning about solar and getting professional experience in one of the best places  to work in Washington!  
What You’ll Do  At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. Your work will be guided by our Service Network  Manager, but how you create an impact that is ultimately up to you. 50% of your time will be spent  on Ticket & Alert Management and 50% on Data Entry. Here is an outline of some of the things  you’ll likely be doing: ● Utilizing Gmail, you will monitor and review low to mid level system alerts  ● Data Entry support  
What You’ll Learn  ● Behind the scenes look at a solar Operations and Maintenance company● How different positions within our team align to create successful client experiences  ● How we solve maintenance tickets and bring solar systems back to functioning status   
 When You'll Work  ● Omnidian's current business hours are Monday through Friday 7a to 5p Pacific Time  ● You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to determine your exact schedule to  ensure we meet the company's needs, your own needs and your colleague's needs.  This reflects our management style -- rather than dictate from above, we trust our team  to speak up for themselves and work with each other to solve puzzles.
