You will have a genuine passion growth and development within the Digital Systems team. Your outstanding attention to detail will ensure quality results and positive growth in your career. As an engineer you will be highly-motivated, curious, and have confidence in your ability for critical thinking and robust decision making.

We are looking for people that will have the following qualifications and experiences: Educated to degree level or higher in Engineering, Physics or equivalent (ideally with relevance to the aerospace sector). You will have experience programming in Matlab/Simulink & Python, with knowledge of control design for flight control, avionic or actuation systems.

It would be ideal, but not essential, to have experience with; Aircraft flight characteristics, experience with hardware/software development and system integration, familiarity with SysML and the role of simulation in fast-paced engineering programmes.
