Please don’t apply to multiple locations. </b></div><div> </div><div><b>What you’ll do</b>  </div><div>As part of the Octopus Energy Services team, we’ll ensure you have the best of everything you need to deliver the top-class service we’re aiming for. You’ll have the backing of Octopus Energy’s massive tech power - so we’ll be able to constantly evolve and shift processes to ensure we’re always delivering our best service. This should help to keep admin to a minimum, allowing you to focus on what you do best. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Who you are  </b></div><div>We're looking for Electricians with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence. You’ll be representing our brands in our customers’ homes; in many cases, the first face-to-face contact a customer has with Octopus Energy - so our expectations are high.</div><br><br><h3>You'll be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Installing any of our exciting low carbon technology in customers’ homes </li><li>Working collaboratively with our wider team to deliver solutions that are right for you and your customers </li><li>Using your knowledge and experience of electrical works to complete installations and deliver outstanding customer service that our customers know and love </li><li>Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&amp;D training centre </li></ul><h3>You must:</h3><ul><li>have a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points </li><li>have 18th Edition, Part P/ installation qualification and Inspection &amp; Testing qualifications </li></ul><h3>Other qualities we'd love to see include:</h3><ul><li>A flexible working approach </li><li>Customer service experience</li><li>It would also be pretty awesome if you have EV or solar qualifications! </li></ul><h3>Join us in the Octoverse!</h3><ul><li>£36,500 basic salary with overtime available (+ London weighting if living within M25) </li><li>£2,500 annual performance bonus </li><li>Share options in Octopus Energy Group </li><li>£25 per week lunch allowance </li><li>Training programme at our groundbreaking R&amp;D centre </li><li>Use of company tools </li><li>Uniform and all PPE </li><li>Company Vehicle and fuel </li><li>Support for personal development in Renewable Tech </li></ul><br><div><b style="font-size:11pt;">The next steps </b></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">We do things a little differently around here. This is made up of </span><b style="font-size:11pt;">multiple-choice questions</b><span style="font-size:11pt;"> and </span><b style="font-size:11pt;">three short video interview questions</b><span style="font-size:11pt;">.
