What You'll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, identify, engage, evaluate, and hire, identifying efficiencies and driving improvement across all areas. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through offer.
  • Manage the inbound applicant pipeline, while identifying passive talent using a full range of recruitment tactics.
  • Monitor the vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, diversity, and quality of hire and report insights and status of other performance indicators to business stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight of the interviewer pool and work with Hiring Managers if additional participation or course correction is required.
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruiting techniques, developing their ability to effectively assess candidates for a specific position.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of business recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or recruiting agency
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates 
  • Tech-savvy: Google Suite, strong ATS knowledge (preferably Lever), Microsoft Office, Slack
  • Strategic Thinker; Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
  • Data Driven mindset: comfortable tracking, analyzing and communicating data to various stakeholders
