This position is in a fast-growing company created to meet the global demand for local climate and weather information to protect and develop assets, and to manage risk in operations. You will work with data scientists, physical scientists, and software engineers to specify and build products that address the uncertainty due to climate change.

Summary

  • The CSA is focused on our most strategic customers. The function’s goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth throughout the relationship. In this role, you will use your background in technical pre-sales, program management and service delivery to help evolve our customer’s use of Jupiter solutions, moving them from concept to implementation that best leverages both the customer’s and Jupiter’s strengths. You will drive business value, innovation, develop strong customer relationships, along with a deep understanding of the customer’s workflow and business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for customer implementations, including architecture design, portfolio planning and throughput, creation and maintenance of operational controls and tracking metrics and deliverables
  • Full ownership and accountability of customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, planning, communication, project financial performance and customer results
  • Implement 3-4 customers simultaneously and work with a cross-functional team of product managers, scientists, and developers
  • Team effectively with other parts of the organization to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Assist in the transition of the customer from Implementation to Production.
  • Drive learnings from engagements back into core functions at Jupiter.
  • Travel requirements : 25%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT, physical sciences or a related field
  • Ideal: 5+ years of experience in professional services, management consulting, customer success, business development, or another client-facing role

Requirements:

  • Passion to be an expert on the product and for being part of a fast growing company
  • Solid understanding of enterprise cloud based software
  • Competency with data querying, programming languages (e.g. Python), and/or data visualization (Tableau)
  • Able to self-manage overlapping projects
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, thorough impact analysis and attention to detail
  • Good negotiation skills – ability to manage expectations and control scope
  • Experience with interacting with internal and external stakeholders / end users
  • Willingness to learn and motivated to self-learn
