As a SaaS Engineer Trainee, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in maintaining our SynaptiQ platform and providing first-level support to our clients, as well as assisting with onboarding and with development of new features.Your key responsibilities will be:1. Platform Development:<ul> <li>Provide input/ideas for the development and maintenance of the SynaptiQ platform.</li> <li>Implement the appropriate configuration of newly developed features under the supervision of Senior SaaS Engineers.</li> <li>Adhere to quality standards to ensure the software meets both technical and customer needs.</li> </ul>3. Testing and Debugging:<ul> <li>Carry out testing of new features and updates, identifying bugs and ensuring the platform's stable operation.</li> <li>Provide detailed reports on bugs and assist in their resolution.</li> </ul>4. Process Improvement:Propose creative solutions to improve or automate internal tools and processes and implement solutions.5.
